"We own a small strip mall and when we started noticing that the parking lot was bad, and began worrying that  someone was going to fall, we started looking around for asphalt companies.

I was a little concerned on who we would get, since that last time we had a company out that did a seal coating job that looked good for a about eight months and then started cracking and falling apart again.

When I called All Phase Construction and spoke to Garry and told  him my situation he came out and let me know my options. He was honest and fair. We ended up tearing out the old lot and putting a new one. I think we get a little more traffic now too. Thank Garry, and your crew was great. My wife even said that they were very friendly."
