strip mall and when we started noticing that the parking
lot was bad, and began worrying that someone was
going to fall, we started looking around for asphalt
companies.
I was a little concerned on who we would
get, since that last time we had a company out that did
a seal coating job that looked good for a about eight
months and then started cracking and falling apart
again.
When I called

him my situation he came out
and let me know my options. He was honest and fair. We
ended up tearing out the old lot and putting a new one.
